Returns Policy

You can just select the products, one wants in wholesale and message us on the number given on the website.

We accept payments through following methods :

1. NEFT in our Bank Account

2. Cash Deposit in our account

3. UPI through any medium like Google Pay/Paytm/PhonePay or others

4. Cash on Delivery with 20% advance before order

We provide Door to Door service over 27000 pincodes throughout India through our affiliated courier partners like XpressBess, Delhivery, Bluedart, Fedex, Safe express and others. One can also select Transport Services of ones choice and goods would be shipped through in, subject to availability. We also Ship worldwide to countries like Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai, Nepal, USA ,Canada and many others through affiliated courier partners.

The delivery time usually takes 3-12 days depending on the pincodes and mode of transport selected.

We exchange only defective products subject to availability of the product. Incase, the product is not replaceable, we refund the amount.

Please note that for creating a desired fit, pattern and look of a product, alterations are required.

In case the customer does not have access to local alteration facilities, KurtiKart.com recommends the use of the safer measurement options offered by it, in order to minimize any chances of error:

- Buy unstitched items from us and get them tailored by your personal stylist or boutique.

- Try to choose as shown options to minimize errors.

- Try to choose from standard sizes as given in our size chart as risk is more if you choose customization option.

- Send your best fitting garment as sample.

- Ask us to send you the dummy garment for the fittings & style approval before we start working on your original outfit or item.


PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM

On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Customer should also lodge a proper complain with the local office of the courier agency, so that KurtiKart.com may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.

In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at KurtiKart@gmail.com, within 48  hours of receipt of product.

Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the Kurtikart.com regarding the same.

In case of any other complaints, email us at KurtiKart@gmail.com, within 48 hours of receiving the product.

DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from Kurtikart.com for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, Kurtikart.com does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that Kurtikart.com shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.

All defective products being returned to Kurtikart.com shall be done ONLY through registered airmail/courier.

All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely. All products stitched as per given measurements hence, we don't provide returns once we deliver Stitched Products. 

All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to Kurtikart.com within ten (10) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from Kurtikart.com.

Safe receipt of defective product by Kurtikart.com s sole responsibility of the customer.

While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.

In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to customer, then Kurtikart.com shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, AT THE COST OF THE CUSTOMER. In the rare circumstances when original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations/modifications, Kurtikart.com may use plain fabric of the same color. CUSTOMER MAY HAVE TO BEAR THE COST OF SUCH REPLACEMENT FABRIC IN SUCH RARE CASES.
